host Jasmine Harman looked beautiful posing on the beach in her swimwear.
In a joyful Instagram post, the 47-year-old shared her ‘secret’ to obtaining her gorgeous ‘beach body’ for those wishing to recreate.
If anyone would know it’s Jasmine who spends her days showing people properties in beachside locations.
She teased: ‘So, the holidays are over, the kids are back at . And finally I’ve discovered the secret to a perfect beach body’.
Jasmine then revealed her simple three-step plan to emulate her success, which we wholeheartedly agree with. She didn’t tell followers to follow fad diets or partake in extreme exercise, instead her solution is much simpler.
‘1. take the body to the beach ?️,’ she began.
‘2. apply swimsuit ?(or not ? up to you… ?) 3. enjoy! You could even cover in sand for good measure ?.’
The body-positive post concluded with the revelation it was her seven-year-old son Albion who’d taken the photo. Jasmine also has daughter Joy with her husband Jon Boast.
Jasmine recently wrote a heartfelt tribute to her co-star , 49, who has been given ‘months to live’ .
After A Place In The Sun picked up the gong for best daytime programme at the TRIC Awards, she wrote: ‘BIG LOVE to all the other presenters and a personal shout out to my OG partner in crime, Jonnie.
‘I especially want to tell you how much your contribution to the show over the years is enormously valued and you are very much loved.’
Jonnie replied in the comments: ‘You’re a diamond and a true friend. Xxx.’
