It was confirmed that the She’s The Man actress , nine years after it was first put in place.
Speaking after the hearing in California, the 35-year-old’s attorney revealed her next steps.
David A Esquibias told that, while she was flooded with offers in the last week, she is ‘not ready to talk’ and will be ‘laying low’ for now.
According to the publication, she has been approached by huge names and titles to share her side of the story, as well as talk shows and morning programs around the world.
She is not ruling any opportunity out, but she is said to want to spend time out of the spotlight, and is simply excited to set up her new home in LA, with her fiancé Paul.
However, he did not rule out the possibility of the Easy A actress returning to the big screen at some point soon.
Amanda has been under the ruling since 2013, with the order first put in place following a series of mental health and substance abuse issues.
She last month – a move her parents were in full support of.
Judge Roger L Lund, of Ventura County Superior Court, confirmed the termination at a hearing on Tuesday, and said via New York Times: ‘She’s done everything the court has asked over a long period of time.’
Fans were delighted by the move, and flocked to social media to celebrate Amanda’s update.

In a statement to People Magazine, Amanda thanked fans ‘for their love and well wishes during this time’.
‘I would also like to thank my lawyer and my parents for their support over the last nine years,’ she said.
‘In the last several years, I have been working hard to improve my health so that I can live and work independently, and I will continue to prioritize my well-being in this next chapter.’
