Andrew Garfield hints he’d be up for returning as Spider-Man: ‘The story never ends’

The 39-year-old actor first played and tugged the skintight suit on once more for 2014’s Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Of course, Andrew also reprised the role of Peter Parker in 2021’s No Way Home .

Now, Andrew’s said he sees ‘endless potential’ for Peter and we’d certainly love to see him back as Spidey.

According to , the actor’s comments will be featured in art-focused book Spider-Man: No Way Home – The Art of the Movie, which hits shelves next month.

Andrew said in full: ‘The story never ends. Whether we film it or not, there’s a story happening in a universe somewhere.’

He added: ‘There’s endless potential with this character and other iterations.’

Spider-Man: No Way Home – The Art of the Movie features not only concept artwork, but interviews with those involved with the film’s creation.

Andrew’s big tease comes after he was accused of yelling at onlookers ‘distracting’ him from shooting his new rom-com, We Live In Time, in London in April.

He was in the capital shooting with co-star Florence Pugh amidst a block of flats when curious residents migrated around their window to investigate the commotion down below.

Following the incident, onlookers have since claimed that Andrew ‘motioned at them to open the window’ before rebuking them for ‘distracting’ him while he attempted to recite his lines.

News of the alleged altercation broke via the online gossip site DeuxMoi after a source explained to them: ‘Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh currently filming a new movie in London.

‘On Monday AG was filming in a scene right outside his flat (S London). My bf and flatmates were looking through their second story and AG saw them watching.

‘Then AG cut the scene, motioned for them to open the window and started yelling a them, saying how disrespectful it was for them to be distracting him by looking out of their own living room window??’

The accusations included a video clip with no sound that captured the star approaching the flat window.
