An expose ons influence on the younger generation is in the works and will air on BBC Three.

Former kickboxer Tate, 36, who came to prominence after a stint on  in 2016 for comments he’s made about women last year.

The online personality was , including , Facebook and YouTube, for breaching terms of service, including hate speech policies.

Videos of and about Tate have gone viral in recent months on YouTube and TikTok in particular – where a hashtag of Tate’s name on has received more than 13 billion views – which has led to campaigners to call for further action to be taken to stop the spread of what it says is dangerous content.

Online safety and anti-hate campaign groups said they had been warning of the dangers of Tate’s online commentary for some time, noting that videos of him were often widely re-shared by his followers and supporters, and urged social media platforms to go beyond just banning personal or linked accounts he was known to use.

The documentary – currently titled Andrew Tate: The Man Who Groomed the World? – from Three and BBC Current Affairs today will explore Tate’s reputation.

It is also set to expose those helping to craft him into a global figurehead, exploring the ideologies and end goal of Tate and his circle, and revealing how his global network has left potentially hundreds of victims in its wake.’

Head of Content at BBC Three Nasfim Haque said: ‘Viewers loved Tahsin and Shea’s illuminating first documentary about Andrew Tate, this film continues their brilliant investigative work and reveals even more about how Tate and his organisation operate their global network.’

Tate had constantly been subject to allegations of misogyny, having been famously ejected from the BB house six years ago over a video which seemingly showed him attacking a woman.

He previously branded the clip a ‘total lie’, claiming that it was ‘trying to make me look bad’.

Andrew Tate: The Man Who Groomed the World will premiere on BBC Three soon.
