claims the Kardashian family ‘hurt her financially’ by getting her reality show with ex Rob Kardashian cancelled.
The American model, 33, has made a new statement on her lawsuit, claiming Kris, Kim, Khloe and Kylie specifically were responsible for Rob And Chyna being axed.
However, Rob’s attorney Marty Singer previously said that Chyna and Rob’s split is what cause the show to end.
The pair share five-year-old daughter Dream and endured a very public split in late 2016, with Rob posting explicit photos of his ex online, prompting her to get a restraining order against him in 2017.
Now embroiled in a legal battle against Rob’s mum and her daughters, Chyna claims both her and her ‘beautiful kids’ were ‘hurt emotionally’ when her ‘#1 hit show’ was ‘Ki**ed.’
Chyna is also a mum to nine-year-old King Cairo, whom she shares with rapper and ex of Kylie, Tyga.
Taking to Twitter, Chyna – real name Angela White – wrote: ‘I plan to re-focus my attention on my trial against Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe and Kylie which starts in 13 days.
‘When they got my #1 hit show Ki**ed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS.’
She continued: ‘I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that “what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong.” And what they did was so wrong.’
‘I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors – the lies that were told and the damage that was done. At the end of the trial, I’m going to be able to proudly tell King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me,’ the former stunt double to Nicki Minaj added.
Chyna concluded: ‘And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too. Peace and Love to you all. Angela.’
Her latest statement comes after sock entrepreneur Rob, 34, dismissed his legal battle with his ex girlfriend, after alleging that she attacked him during an argument in 2016.
The former couple were set to go to trial last month, but the KUWTK star before it went to court, with a judge in LA approving the motion.
Speaking out after dismissal, he told in a statement: ‘My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial.
‘Now that the court has ruled that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial on my claim for assault, for our daughter’s sake, I am dismissing the action and focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna.’
However, Chyna’s lawyers suggested that Rob had another reason behind his decision to drop the suit.
Lynne Ciani said that her client was ‘finally about to have her day in court’ as the trial was to begin on February 23, and was prepared to prove the allegations against her were untrue.
She said Rob dropped his case ‘because he knew his assault and battery accusations against Chyna were false.’
‘In other words. Rob’s avoidance of the serious consequences of an adverse jury verdict is why he dropped his case, not his supposed “concern” for his daughter,’ she added.
The former couple’s romance was highly publicised from beginning to end, including on the Kardashians’ reality show.
But, their split has been bitter and messy to say the least.
