But could we have unmasked Bigfoot already? Here are all the clues and speculation over who they could be.

What clues are there for Bigfoot’s identity?

  • Could they be a controversial comedian because they said they’re always putting their (big) foot in it?
  • Bigfoot was seen bumping into things and sports a bandage and crutch which could suggest they are clumsy
  • Are they linked to The Beatles? Four wigs in the style of the Liverpool rockers were shown.
  • Bigfoot said they had a ‘cast of Friends’ leading Jonathan to believe they were linked to the hit American sitcom.
  • Binoculars with the word mill on it were displayed in the VT.
  • Bigfoot loves nature and was seen camping in the VT. Could they be a nature documentary presenter?‘
  • After their first performance, the clue they gave the judges was: ‘You might think my talent is quite preposterous, but my strength was once linked to a sporting rhinoceros.’

Who could Bigfoot on The Masked Singer be?

Bradley Walsh

It’s been suggested Big Foot is a comedian by trade and could be Bradley Walsh(Picture: Rex)

Jonathan had initially wondered if Bigfoot was Sir David Attenborough, 97, because it was strongly hinted the singer was connected to nature.

However, he had a change of heart and stated he believed The Chase host Bradley Walsh was behind the mask.

Clues that the celebrity could be a comedian led the 63-year-old broadcaster to his conclusion.

Ray Mears

Without looking at any clues and just going by the costume, Bigfoot, aka a mythical creature that is claimed to inhabit forests in North America, it’s clear the celeb might be involved in nature.

This suspicion was only reinforced in the first VT, which saw Bigfoot declare his love of rivers, mountains, and plants and set up camp, complete with a tent and binoculars, in a wood.

Perhaps Charlie wasn’t far off the mark when he put forward Ray Mears, a woodsman who has fronted a range of survival TV shows, as the celebrity behind the costume.

Hugh Laurie

Is Hugh Laurie’s latest role Big Foot in The Masked Singer UK? (Picture: ITV/Shutterstock)

Hugh Laurie has had a long and distinguished career as an actor and comedian, first gaining recognition as one-half of Fry and Laurie with fellow legend Stephen Fry before going on to star in the megahit medical drama, House.

However, it was one of his small roles as ‘The Gentleman on the Phone’ in one episode of Friends that made Mo suspect he could be masquerading as Bigfoot.

In the first VT, Bigfoot revealed he had a ‘big cast of Friends’ leading the judges to believe he could be associated with the popular US sitcom.

Nick Mohammed

Big Foot could be an actor and comedian, much like Nick Mohammed (Picture: Apple/Metro)

Davina had an inkling that Ted Lasso star Nick Mohammed is Bigfoot, pointing out the clues heavily imply the masked singer is a comedian and actor.

Plus Nick’s breakout role in the Apple TV sports drama saw his character, football manager Nate, more than once put his ‘big foot’ in it.

Do you think the 43-year-old could be unveiled as Bigfoot on The Masked Singer UK?

The Masked Singer continues on Saturday at 7pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
