has revealed the show helped her through her anxiety as she likened it to ‘meditation’.

The singer, 40, shared a dramatic clip from the HBO Max series as she told her followers: ‘For MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK a little while ago I watched this insane amazing show …

‘Good God it’s too good!!!! I’m a little behind anyways!!!! Watching this and being entertained by these crazy plots I suddenly felt all my anxiety go away… the show was like meditation!!!!

‘It put a HUGE grin on my face… and if you want to be zen… there’s sound therapy… stillness… yoga… monk retreats…

‘But last but definitely not least, train your thoughts to think things that make you SMILE… YES you know THOSE!!!! YOU GOT IT???? KEEP SMILING.’

Euphoria follows the troubled life of 17-year-old Rue, a drug addict fresh out of rehab, played by Zendaya.

The Toxic singer shared a clip of Rue repeatedly shooting a man who is engulfed in flames alongside her post, to illustrate the dramatic moments in the series, which helped her switch off from her anxiety.

Britney also revealed that she was hanging out with designer Donatella Versace as she shared photos of her and fiancé Sam Asghari, 28, posing alongside her.

She teased: ‘Look who came to visit … these 2 bad b**hes are up to no good.’

Sam also took to the comments to joke: ‘Versacney,’ playing on the singer’s name and the fact her followers often call her ‘Godney’.

Britney has been using her social media account to speak out since being freed from her conservatorship in November.

The singer had been living under the rule since 2008 after a public breakdown the year before, but had campaigned to have it removed.
