Brock Lesnar hopping up on stage for an impromptu country singalong wasn’t on many fans’ bingo cards for 2023, but here we are.
The Beast Incarnate appears to be taking some time away from the wrestling ring after , and this time he’s not keeping busy hunting.
Just days after the decisive match in their trilogy, Brock turned his attention to the world of country music as he joined Something In The Orange singer Zach Bryan on stage in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he excelled at university as an amateur wrestler.
He stepped up during the musician’s encore performance of Revival and sang part of the chorus, carrying on Zach’s habit of bringing friends out to join him for the finale.
The singer introduced the former world champion – who has been nicknamed Cowboy Brock after changing up his style last summer – to a cheer from the crowd, and wrestling fans are absolutely loving seeing him live his best live.
One surprised X user wrote: ‘Brock Lesnar and Zach Bryan is the craziest crossover i can think of in recent times and i love it so much.’
‘Brock Lesnar up on stage with Zach Bryan! Looks like he’s already enjoying his time off until he comes back for Wrestlemania!?,’ another person laughed.
‘Wtf my friend was at a Zach Bryan concert last night, and Brock Lesnar just hopped on stage, and started signing along lmao,’ said a third fan, while someone else joked: ‘Brock Lesnar enjoying his time off ? I love it ?’
Some people joked despite Brock’s cheery demeanor, he still looked absolutely ‘terrifying’.
The Beast gave fans a different kind of surprise at SummerSlam to shake Cody Rhodes’ hand, hug up and raise his arm as a sign of respect.
Addressing the incident, WWE boss Triple H said: ‘I heard Cody say he hadn’t had time to really digest the Brock Lesnar moment after their match – completely unplanned, completely in the moment.’
