Cara Delevingne was under fire from fans after it looked like she swerved the chance to speak to  pundit
The reporter was shut down by supermodel and actress Cara Delevingne at the British Grand Prix during his pre-race grid.
Martin repeatedly told those on the grid that they now have to speak to the broadcaster, but the Paper Towns actress opted against it and pretended she couldn’t hear what he said.
However, Martin couldn’t resist a cheeky clapback as he sarcastically quipped: ‘OK, alright well…. I’m sure it would’ve been extremely interesting.’
Viewers weren’t too pleased with the interaction, with one person tweeting: ‘Not Cara Delevingne refusing to talk to Martin Brundle pretending she can’t hear him directly after Florence Pugh and Liam Payne happily stopped for a quick chat.’
‘Martin Brundle owning Cara Delevingne was pure gold,’ another added.
‘Brundles grid walk is always pure comedy, saying after Cara Delevingne turned down a talk that he’s sure it would have been ‘interesting’ actually Ki**ed me,’ a third person joked.
Eurovision star Sam Ryder, actress Florence Pugh and singer Liam Payne and many more took to the grid andhad the opposite reaction to Delevingne and was over the moon to see the reporter as the pair shared a big hug.
Elsewhere on the historic track, actor , 59, made a surprise appearance and went incognito for the most part keeping a low profile.Â
He wore a plaid button-down shirt jacket that he left undone – except for the top button – and put on a white t-shirt underneath.
The A-lister finished off his casual attire with some beige chinos, white trainers and brown-tinted aviator sunglasses.Â
