Two have sent the internet into meltdown after reuniting nearly two decades since their legendary show ended.
Kim Tserkezie, 50, shared a picture of herself alongside her former co-star Miles Jupp, 44, on X, who on the show Balamory.
The actress and producer captioned the post: ‘I adore this man so much! Joyous to catch up with the fabulous Miles Jupp. He’s on tour at the mo! Go see him if you can!’
The reunion delighted fans of Balamory on X, with Irene M Blair raving: ‘Lovely to see your 2 smiling faces this morning. Love and big hugs to you both xxx.’
‘That is awesome, Kim! I always wish you the best,’ Noah Baigent added.
Former Balamory cast member Andrew Agnew, who played PC Plum, also recently got nostalgic about his time on the show on social media.
The actor posted an unseen photo of the cast during their first day of filming outside vibrantly painted restaurant The Mishnish.
The 47-year-old had his arms around Miles and Kim, as well as Julie Wilson Nimmo (Miss Hoolie), Juliet Cadzow (Edie McCredie), Rodd Christensen (Spencer The Painter) and the late Mary Riggans (Suzie Sweet).
The photo also includes actress turned fashion designer Buki Akib, who played Josie Jump in the early series of the show, and was later replaced by Kasia Haddad.
The caption on the throwback snap was: ‘Were we ever that young? This is the #Balamory gang outside the The Mish Nish in #Tobermory during our first visit, while filming in 2002. So great to see us all together out of costume. Always smiling #pcplum. I’m sure we went straight into that pub after this photo was taken’ signing off with a laughing emoji.’
Kim, meanwhile, has also previously teased more Balamory reunions.
Last year, she told : ‘We don’t see each other as much as we would like because we are all dotted around the country and in the States but we have always stayed in touch.
‘I have been speaking to Juliet Cadzow, who plays Edie McCredie, and she was saying, “why don’t we have a reunion and all come to Newcastle?” Can you imagine how much fun that would be bringing everyone to Newcastle? I am totally up for that.’
Set on a fictional island off the west coast of , the live-action series followed the lives of eight central characters, who all wore a distinctive colour of clothing and live in a house of the same colour.
Balamory ran for four series on the broadcaster from 2002 until 2005 and was also renowned for its songs, including the theme tune What’s the Story in Balamory?.
