Chloe has revealed that she’s had several ‘scary moments’ of collapsing on public transport while pregnant.
The 34-year-old, who is expecting her first child with her former international rugby player husband , said she has been fainting during the latter stages of her pregnancy because she suffers from anemia, which is caused by an iron deficiency.
‘Things I have learned in my third trimester,’ wrote the personal trainer on Instagram on Friday.
‘These experiences are my own, every single woman and pregnancy is entirely different…
‘Walking is actually more uncomfortable than lifting weights.
‘I wish I’d taken the first sniff of dropping iron levels more seriously, and overhauled my diet and supplements/ medication approach, instead of thinking some Spatone and vitamin C in the morning would sort me right out.
‘If I had, I would have avoided a lot of scary moments like fainting on/in various modes of transport, and generally feeling like I can’t breathe, as well as looking like a goth.’
She continued: ‘Being left alone in your third trimester feels intensely overwhelming. It’s okay to come off social media and refocus your priorities.’
Chloe also revealed she has had bruised ribs, which has resulted in her not being able to bend and pick things up.
However, she still insisted: ‘I do actually love being pregnant.’
Chloe’s post accompanied a selfie of her showing off her bump in a polka dot bra and shorts.
The snap comes a month after she admitted pregnancy is ‘f***ing hard’.
She told : ‘I love that I’m pregnant. I really love the bump, I love the curves, I’m really into it. It’s magical and I love it, but it’s f***ing hard on your body.
‘I’ve had more than one meltdown where I’ve just sat there like hysterically cried because it’s a lot of hormones, a lot of emotion.
Every day isn’t always pleasant but I love it.’
Despite the struggles, Chloe, who previously revealed that she feared, added that she and James plan to have ideally ‘three or four’ more children.
Chloe’s dad, Good Morning Britain star Richard Madeley, recently told that she is expecting a baby girl and that she is due on August 7.
Revealing how excited he is to be welcoming a granddaughter, Richard, who also has son Jack Madeley with wife Judi Finnigan, added: ‘There’s something about your daughter having a little girl, it shouldn’t make a difference, but it kind of does.’
