It’s that time of year again when glitter (biodegradable, of course) becomes a staple and short shorts a necessity.

It’s almost festival season, and how else would it kick off in style without the world-class and Southern California desert event, .

Back for two weekends on April 14 to 16, and again on April 21 to 23, expect to be wowed by what’s a, which includes , , , and even a return to the desert for .

With kicking off in a matter of days, set times are yet to be confirmed, but that’s just the way they roll – fashionably last minute.

Tickets were sold out within seconds on their release in January, so unless you’re willing to pay $500 (£400) or more on resale sites it doesn’t look like last minute plans are going to be possible.

But it’s still an event worth keeping tabs on from afar, as this year it’s all livestreamed. Hurrah!

According to a statement from YouTube, this year’s livestream experience is going to be ‘the most epic yet’ as they’re going ‘all in’.

Who is headlining and performing at Coachella 2023?

Frank Ocean

That’s right: Frank Ocean is going to be headlining Coachella for both Sundays of the event, bringing his legendary lyrics and R&B chorus’ to the stage for his first live performance since 2017.

The Thinkin’ Bout You hitmaker was originally supposed to perform at Coachella in 2020, before the pandemic forced the festival to be cancelled.

There’s some speculation the talented Ocean could be dropping some new music to coincide with his headline performances, as his latest album was Blonde in 2016.

Although Ocean has released a fair few non-album singles since, he’s pretty elusive so we can’t wait to glimpse him doing what he does best.

Peurto Rican reggaeton star Bad Bunny will surely kick off both Friday nights in style with his lively modern Latin beats.

We challenge anyone watching the sunset over this show not to dance like a maniac.

Real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, Bad Bunny is known for bringing his unique Latin trap music into the mainstream after he gained popularity on SoundCloud before signing a record deal.

Prior to shooting to international fame in 2016 with his breakthrough track Soy Peor, Bad Bunny was a supermarket bagger.

Bad Bunny will be performing on Friday April 14 and Friday April 21.

BLACKPINK

This South Korean girl group are going to light up the Colorado Desert on both Saturday nights, no doubt about it.

With their undeniable stage presence, and formidably catchy bilingual lyrics, these leaders in the K-Pop revolution aren’t ones to miss.

With their stylised sets, and and boundless energy, it’s going to be a corker.

BLACKPINK will be performing on Saturday April 15 and Saturday April 22.
