The Countryfile presenter posted an adorable picture of herself with on her Instagram, bending down to snuggle up to her baby, nose to nose, while she sat in her pram.
Little Elsie Kate was kitted out in pink with a matching knitted blanket and what appeared to be her mum’s jacket resting on top.
Although the majority of her face was obscured, the youngster looked to be smiling as she played with her mum.
‘All the snogs for your baby girl ❤️❤️,’ the former Blue Peter presenter wrote, adding the hashtags ‘#babygirl’ and ‘#weekend’.
The TV star is also mum to sons Ernie, six, and Louis, five, with Richie, who she wed in December 2013.
On Saturday afternoon, the 38-year-old was all smiles as she fronted the Hull KR v Catalan Dragons rugby game on Channel 4, filling in for host Adam Hills while he’s in Australia.
