has unveiled his singing talents in a duet with Kelly Clarkson and we’re seriously impressed.
As well as taking time out of his busy schedule to , the Rock appeared on the Stronger singer’s eponymous talk show to promote his upcoming superhero flick, Black Adam, but had another surprise in store for viewers.
During the episode, the pair performed a frankly incredible rendition of Loretta Lynn’s Don’t Come Home a Drinkin’, leaving fans calling out for an album.
Sharing a video of the track on Twitter, the 50-year-old penned: ‘Me and my buddy @kellyclarkson payin’ tribute to one of our favs, @LorettaLynn.’
‘(Fun fact when I was 15 living in Nashville, I would hang out in country bars on Music Row lookin’ to become a country singer. I’d sing Hank Jr, Merle, Willie etc in the streets. Life is crazy:).’
Singing, acting, wrestling, presenting, being a dream human being – is there nothing he can’t do?
Fans were floored by the clip and rushed to heap praise on Dwayne and Kelly for the song.
Director James Moran said what were all thinking, penning: ‘Christmas country album immediately, please! I’d buy the heck out of that. Pre-sold!’
‘The Rock can also sing country??? WHAT CAN THIS MAN NOT DO! Absolutely perfect,’ a follower commented.
‘I don’t know but I was watching this with a big smile on my face.. Love to see greatness,’ a Twitter user agreed.
Another responded: ‘The Rock is rocking in every field, an allrounder and a true inspiration for millions of people.’
As one added: ‘This man can do anything, true absolute legend and people’s man.’
Dwayne has had a busy time of it while on the promotional trail for Black Adam, and couldn’t resist catching back up with Alison Hammond on This Morning, giving us another memorable moment.
In case you didn’t remember, the Fast and Furious star ‘proposed’ to the host during a previous interview, in 2017, and they actually got ‘married’ in a segment a few months later – which was absolutely not legally binding but still an epic watch.
They reunited earlier today over a video call, with the Hollywood icon beginning the chat: ‘Good morning to my former, ex-wife Alison, so good to see you.’
He also made sure to praise her recent nomination at the NTAs, adding: ‘Alison, I want to tell you – we’ve known each other for a long time but I’m so happy for you.
‘You’re doing so great, you’ve been nominated for all these National TV Awards, you’ve been incredible, so congratulations!
‘We’ve got to get married again!’
Someone snag us an invite to that ceremony.
