Flavor Flav is said to be building a relationship with his youngest child after a paternity test confirmed he was the father.
The Public Enemy rapper, 63, has reportedly fathered a son named Jordan with Kate Gammell, his former manager.
Jordan, now three, is said to be the result of a brief relationship between the two when she worked with him over the course of three years.
In 2019, it was said that Kate received a DNA test from Flava – real name William Jonathan Drayton Jr – that determined he was the father.
However, in the years since, Kate claimed to be raising Jordan alone without the music star.
Her parents, Barry and Parchi, have now that Flavor and Kate have agreed on child support and a custody arrangement, and that the rapper is spending quality time with the toddler.
It’s also said that Jordan will take his family name, Drayton, and that Flavor has been teaching his youngest to play the drums.
Flavor and Kate have reportedly filed legal documents to make everything official, with a hearing scheduled for later in the year.
The Fight The Power hitmaker is also father to seven other children; daughters Shanique, Karren, and Karla Drayton, from his relationship with Karen Ross who he dated in the 80s and 90s, daughter Da’Zyna and son William with ex Angie Parker, son Karma with Liz Trujillo, and son Quanah.
The hip hop star is a proud dad and often shares photos of his brood on social media.
Flavor rose to fame as part of rap group Public Enemy, which he co-founded with Chuck D, and went on to enjoy success with the hit Fight The Power. Together, they earned six Grammy nominations and have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
