The first gameplay footage of Street Fighter 6 has brought with it a lot of official details, but also leaks revealing all the new fighters.
was one of the biggest reveals during Thursday night’s new State of Play, with releasing a ton of new information afterwards, including the fact that the game will be multiformat.
However, Capcom only officially revealed four fighters (Ryu, Chun-Li, and newcomers Luke and Jamie). Although there were a few hints at others in the trailer none of them were announced and yet what seems to be the full 22-person roster has just L***ed online.
There doesn’t seem to be any chance it’s a fake either as the images of the characters matches up with details in the trailer that wouldn’t have been noticed otherwise.
The trailer already makes it clear that Street Fighter 6 will show returning characters having aged since the last game, with Ryu looking noticeably older and Chun-Li fighting her young ward Li-Fen.
All the other classic characters have aged similarly, including mainstays such as Ken, Zangief, Dhalsim, E. Honda, Guile, and even Blanka.
We can’t show the images here for legal reasons but for the record the 22 characters are as follows and you can see them yourself in this thread and on .

Two of the characters are teased in the trailer itself, with Kimberly appearing as a ‘new challenger’ in the screen right at the end, as a demonstration of how the online Battle Hub works.
It’s not obvious unless you’ve seen the leaks, but Marisa is also in the trailer, right at the beginning on one of the screens for the Time Square-like area of Metro City.
The fact that Marisa isn’t named, and yet it’s clearly the same character, seems to leave little question that the leaks are real, but where exactly they’ve come from is unclear.
Capcom was no doubt intending to reveal a new character every few months and they won’t be pleased that their thunder has now been stolen.
