Branding herself a ‘carbohydrated Barbie’ the former star was inundated with kind messages as she addressed the fact she has an underactive thyroid and polycystic ovary syndrome.
The 42-year-old captioned her smokin’ snap: ‘CARBOHYDRATED BARBIE FOR LIFE.’
Gemma added: ‘With an under active thyroid and pcos everyday is a constant struggle but do you know what F IT.’
It didn’t take long for many of her 2.2million followers to let Gemma know just how fire she looked in the comment section beneath her post.

Gemma has spoken about having an underactive thyroid in the past, which basically means a small neck gland isn’t producing enough hormones.

PCOS causes ovaries to enlarge and fill with fluid-filled sacs that surround the eggs.
Last month, Gemma once again worked her best angles while lapping up the sunshine, this time in a bright green swimsuit.
The TV personality shielded her eyes from the glare of the glistening sun by sporting a pair of diamante silver sunglasses and let her highlights sizzle as she simultaneously dyed her roots under a plethora of foil clusters.
She wrote: ‘If anyone complains about the weather they are scrubbed off my Christmas card list [sic].’
Her fans were once again quick to leave comments of admiration underneath the post and one said: ‘What a great pic …… there is only one GC #icon Have a lovely day in the sunshine [sic]’.
