The couch critic, 29, has appeared on the reality series with her parents George and Alison since 2017, coming together each week to on the shows that have been hitting our screens.
But it turns out that heading over to her parents house is the only way she can tune into things, as she hasn’t thought about purchasing a TV of her own.
‘I don’t really watch telly at home, I don’t have a TV but [Gogglebox is] how I catch up on what’s going on,’ she said.
‘I go to my mum’s and use her electric to watch the telly.
‘It’s a pretty good gig because you get to sit down and eat food and watch telly,’ she added when speaking to .
She then went on to explain that she ‘always thought that I’d never be able to do that with any sort of kudos but you can now’.
‘It’s great!’ she added.
During the same interview her mum Alison said that it was ‘lovely’ to have the family come together once a week to film for the series.
‘There’s no getting out of it for Helena,’ she explained.
‘She has to come and see her mum and dad.
‘Well, it takes an hour on the bus for me so it’s too much.’
Appearing on the show for 11 seasons now, the family are some of the longest-serving cast members, joining the same year as siblings Pete and Sophie Sandiford.
Earlier this year, Helena’s three-year-old son Erwin, who she shares with partner Daniel, made an appearance on the show.
In the episode he was seen playing and chatting to his mum and grandparents.
There’s been a baby boom amongst the cast recently too, with Pete recently , while Ellie Warnerlast month.
This week former star Scarlett Moffatt, revealing her baby boy’s name, Jude Xavier Dobinson, as well as some intimate snaps from when she was in labour.
