The Michelin starred chef has hand-picked 12 of the nation’s best up-and-coming food and drink entrepreneurs to compete to earn his £150,000 investment.
He’ll set them up with a series of relentless challenges to prove they have the raw ingredients he needs to show they can succeed.

Speaking to Metro.co.uk and other publications, he said: ‘It’s a food and drink, lifestyle business show.
‘So fingers crossed this is going to rub Alan Sugar’s feathers the wrong way.
‘I think I’ve lost a customer there.
‘Who gives a f***?’
He added: ‘All jokes apart, I’m a big fan of The Apprentice and obviously just that business-sense.’
His show aims to explore the difficulties many food and drinks businesses in the UK have faced in the past few years, and how difficult it had been to break into the market even before the pandemic.
‘It’s a food and drink business show with some great products, great characters, and a lot of challenges.’
