Rumours of 6’s codename, Fireball, have cropped up again thanks to an actor’s CV, but it still doesn’t hint when the game launches.

It wasn’t too surprising to see none of the summer showcases feature a reveal. Such an anticipated announcement is going to be made on Rockstar’s own terms, but that means fans desperate for info are still left waiting.

We’ve reached the point where are assumed to be hinting at an announcement, and some fans are apparently trawling random actors’ CVs to see who could be starring in the sequel.

This may have actually born fruit, though, as GTA 6’s alleged codename, Fireball, has been spotted on the CV of one Reggie Talley.

At the very least, Talley is definitely working with Rockstar on something as lists him as a supporting cast member on a project for the studio.

While it’s not necessarily GTA 6, there’s really only a few things it could be and the least interesting option – more DLC for GTA Online – doesn’t seem like something that would get its own codename.

Plus, last year, actress Natonia Monet added a Rockstar project named Fireball to her CV too. It was soon removed but an older version can be viewed .

That said, we may know of another Rockstar project in development thanks to belonging to Michael Ursu. His doesn’t list Fireball, but it does mention an undisclosed VR game from Rockstar.

Some have mistakenly theorised that it could be a Bully spin-off, as Ursu is listed as a ‘Principal’ but given the context he’s clearly saying he’s a principal cast member, aka part of the main cast.

Others think it’s the VR version of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas that was by Mark Zuckerberg himself.

Given it’s been formally announced, we’re not sure it would be described as ‘undisclosed,’ but we also forgot it existed, since neither Meta nor Rockstar have commented on it in the past two years. So, maybe Ursu is uncertain of its official status too.
