The 40, announced last April that she and Richie, 33, after almost 10 years of marriage.
Richie left their family home four months after Helen gave birth to with Richie now in a relationship with Stephanie Thirkill.

While Helen has kept much of her personal life out of the spotlight over the past year, the TV presenter is now reportedly ‘reluctantly dipping her toe back into the dating pool’.
A source told : ‘After her trust was broken, she’s nowhere near ready for an all-in long-term romance.
‘But she’s not closing herself off to anything anymore.
‘She’s open to new adventures in all respects and is making it her aim to say “yes” to more things that excite her.’
The outlet also reports that Helen has now ‘found her mojo’ again.
This comes after rumours surfaced recently that Helen was after her marriage ended.
It was reported that Helen had been offered ‘big money’ for the gig.
A source told in March, following her Strictly stint: ‘Helen has already proved she is great on TV and is really interesting to watch.
‘The public really felt for her after her split and bosses think everyone would love to see her dating journey.’
However, they said she was likely to snub the offer.
The insider added: ‘They are willing to offer her big bucks to take part, but it looks like Helen really isn’t interested in sharing that part of her life. It would take a lot to change her mind.’
As she continues to move on with her life after separating from Richie, Helen has also supposedly as she looks for a new pad with her children.
Sourced told that she was looking for a ‘clean slate’ after three years in the Yorkshire property.
Speaking about her divorce in the past, Helen told Grazia about life after romance with the athlete.Â
The Countryfile presenter told the magazine: ‘My life’s no different to millions of other people’s lives.
‘Lots of people have the same sorts of things to look after and sort out.
‘I think life is fun, and short, and wonderful, and you just take each chapter as they come along.
‘There’s no point overthinking stuff – you just get on with it.’
