Richie Myler’s sister has revealed how ‘proud’ she is of the rugby star as he celebrated his birthday this weekend.Â

On Saturday, Richie turned 32 and while he didn’t acknowledge the occasion personally, he reposted a message from his sister Rachel Myler in his Instagram stories.
She posted a photo of them together with the caption: ‘Happy birthday to the best big brother a sister could ask for! I love you so much and I’m so proud of who you are!’
In April, Helen, 38, announced that Richie had ‘left the family home’ where they lived with their three children; Ernie, six, Louis, four, and baby daughter Elsie Kate who was born in December.
‘Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co parent our small children,’ she wrote in the brief statement.
Richie has not publicly commented on the end of their marriage but it was reported a short while later that he was now in a relationship with Stephanie, 32.
A source told The Sun at the time: ‘Helen is absolutely devastated. Now she is contemplating life without him while he has moved on with his new partner.
‘Richie is insisting there was no crossover, that he began the romance with Stephanie after their marriage collapsed, but Helen feels let down. They are still married, and their baby is literally four months old.’
The new couple were pictured together for the first time earlier this month, enjoying a remote country walk.
Meanwhile, and returned to screens presenting Saturday’s Hull KR v Catalan Dragons rugby game on Channel 4.
