Hilary Duff has taken body confidence to a whole new level after posing n**ed.n**ed for her latest magazine cover shoot.

The Lizzie McGuire actress has graced the cover of Women’s Health for their May/June 2022 Body Issue and quite literally bares all on her journey to self-acceptance after giving birth to her third child.

Hilary is mother to Luca, 10, from her former marriage to Mike Comrie, as well as Banks, three, and Mae, one, with husband Matthew Koma.

With her body going through changes due to her pregnancies, the actress struggled to live up to Hollywood’s standards of what a woman’s body should look like.

However, she’s now throwing out the rule book and embracing her figure for what it is – stunning.

‘I’m proud of my body. I’m proud that it’s produced three children for me. I’ve gotten to a place of being peaceful with the changes my body has gone through,’ Hilary .

The 34-year-old revealed she finally felt comfortable in her own body after welcoming daughter Banks.

‘I didn’t even know if I was going to have the opportunity to have another child [after the divorce from Comrie],’ she explained.

‘So, being a mum again, maybe. It was a whole mix of things—of being settled and realising that I’m powerful and talented and smart. All mental things.’

Hilary has battled eating disorders since her teens, and received treatment for anorexia and bulimia at a facility, a time which she described as ‘horrifying’.

Elsewhere in the interview, Hilary opens up about what she loves about her body, her 70/30 approach to diet, her realistic beauty regime and her array of tattoos and piercings.

Hilary’s portrait was shot by photographer Daniella Midenge, while the summer issue explores the epic shift in how women discuss their bodies—the internal chatter and external talk—featuring inspiring women on body image, strength, and the power of vulnerability.

In her monthly editor’s letter, Women’s Health editor-in-chief Liz Plosser writes: ‘I dreamed of working with a cover star who would embrace the vulnerable experience of presenting herself exactly as she is.

‘Hilary Duff looks incredibly strong and stunning. And as she shares, she works at it, sweating with a trainer. But I think the glowing ‘this is me’ vibe she exudes is more about her mindset at her photo shoot, plus how she settled in and shone under the California sun.’
