has teamed up with Lee Mack to present the new show Freeze The Fear with Wim Hof, and it looks like she’s having the time of her life while doing so.
Taking to her Instagram account, the presenter, 41, shared a behind-the-scenes video of herself filming, which saw a collage of shots of her posed in a swimsuit in a hot-tub whilst enjoying an ice cold beer.
Alongside the clip, Holly shared the caption: ‘Tonight on @bbc it’s time to #freezethefear with Wim Hof… see you alongside Lee Mack at 9pm… you are going to LOVE it!’
In another still, she can be seen doing a handstand, and in other images in the montage, shots of the mountains can be seen interspersed with images of the television presenter playing around in the snow.
, will be co-hosted by Lee, 53, and will follow eight celebrities as they give up their comfortable lives in order to live in the Italian mountains in sub-zero temperatures.
The six-part series will see sport presenter Gabby Logan, footballer Patrice Evra, actress Tamzin Outhwaite, and rapper Professor Green among stars jumping into frozen lakes through ice-holes and abseiling down sheer cliffs.
They will be joined by Strictly Come Dancing star Dianne Buswell, footballer Chelcee Grimes, singer Alfie Boe and drumming BBC weatherman Owain Wyn Evans.
The show was originally inspired by Holly’s interest in Wim Hof’s methods of deep breathing and cold water therapy in order to stimulate the immune system.
The series was produced by Holly’s husband Dan Baldwin.
Outdoors-man Wim claims that breathing exercises and immersion in icy water has numerous benefits, including cutting depression and boosting immune system and energy levels.
Holly described Wim as a ‘genius’. Speaking to, she said: ‘I’m always looking for things to make life a bit easier and over the last few years I’ve been exploring ways to help me unwind.
‘But it has to be quite simple, and something that fits into my life, so when a friend suggested Wim Hof’s breathing method, I tried it.
‘I instantly felt the benefit and couldn’t believe how powerful it was. Something as simple as breathing, which you’ve been doing since the day you were born.
‘But for me that’s the key to the success of this – it’s simple and it can easily become part of your life.’
Freeze The Fear with Wim Hof airs Tuesday at 9pm on BBC One.
