has shared a chilling vision of things to come as she prepares to become the latest guest on ’s .

This Saturday’s before the long-running ITV series takes an extended break – as hosts and .

Ant, 48, is with wife – Anne-Marie has two children from a previous relationship who Ant is step-dad to.

Meanwhile Dec, also 48, and his wife Ali Astall, 45, have been rather busy raising their second child, a son, having welcomed him into the world back in 2022.

It all means that, when the variety show’s latest season comes to an end in April, it might be quite a long while before we see it again.

But the duo have promised to go out with a bang, and Saturday’s main guest Holly Willoughby has given a little hint about the antics viewers can expect.

On Instagram, Holly, 43, shared a picture of her and fellow guest as former Girls Aloud singer held two massive cakes in the air.

The picture spells bad news for Ant and Dec, whose faces might well be getting shoved into those sponges during another hilarious Get Me Out of Ear segment.

Over the years, the Geordie pair have put celebs through their paces with bush-tucker trials and other pranks, but in this latest season of Saturday Night Takeaway the tables have officially been turned.

And it seems Holly, Rylan and Cheryl will be in full control of Ant and Dec’s destiny, with a little help from Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Oti Mabuse, and Olly Murs.

As if that’s not enough, Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary will also be getting revenge on Ant and Dec, alongside Davina McCall, Craig David, Richard Madeley, and Gino D’Acampo.

It’s not yet known for sure what trials and tribulations Ant and Dec will be put through, but music mogul and Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon promised that his particular brand of revenge would be ‘sweet’.

Speaking on The One Show on Thursday night Ant said he regarded himself as ‘un-embarassable’ before Rylan and Holly entered the equation.

‘They put us through the wringer,’ he told the BBC primetime weekday show, adding, ‘I think they were worse on us than we’ve ever been on anybody.’

It’s not 100% confirmed yet whether Holly and Rylan’s pranks on Ant and Dec are part of the

‘All will become clear. All I can say is me and Holly have done something and you’ll find out what it is very soon,’ he told .
