has shared a post about ‘flourishing’ in the ‘darkest and most challenging moments’ after on .
The 42-year-old presenter had been away from the nation’s screens for three months after sensationally quitting her daytime hosting role on back in October.
Following this, there was speculation as to whether or not she would return to the ice for ’s reality competition series – but she did, pairing up with , in the wake of Phillip Schofield’s departure.
The new onscreen duo faced a compared to last year’s , although she was by viewers and her This Morning family.
However, ahead of this weekend Holly took to Instagram to share a post from her wellness brand Wylde Moon’s official page, talking about the symbolism behind the moonflower.
Over a picture of two of the flowers in full bloom, it read: ‘The moonflower has become a symbol of blossoming in dark times.
‘These fragrant, white flowers have evolved over millions of years to open only at night and their ethereal, nocturnal beauty is a powerful symbol of how resilience, strength and growth can flourish during the darkest and most challenging moments.’
The TV star shared the post on her personal timeline, according to, adding: ‘Even in the dark… she grows… Nature is beautiful.’
She had exited from This Morning after nearly a decade and a half on the sofa in the autumn after an alleged plot kidnap and murder plot against her was revealed.
This came not long after her former co-host Phillip Schofield resigned from the show and all other ITV projects after admitting to a on the show, which he subsequently lied about to his longtime friend.
at the time, Holly’s statement, posted to social media, read: ‘I have let ITV know today that after 14 years, I will not be returning to This Morning.
