Nick Hogan, the only son of , was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning for a DUI in Clearwater, .
The 33-year-old allegedly refused to take a sobriety test and was taken into custody.
Nick is suspected by police of driving under the influence.

The location of Nick’s arrest is pretty significant, seeing as 16 years earlier he was involved in a car crash in Clearwater.
Nick was just 17 on August 26, 2007, and had been driving a Toyota in the Florida town with his friend John Graziano in the car.
Hulk’s son lost control of the car and both he and John were airlifted to hospital.
John, a US marine, wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and sustained life-changing injuries.
Nick was sentenced to eight months in jail after he pled no contest to a charge of reckless driving involving in serious bodily injury.
He only spent around six months in jail and was released due to good behaviour.
Addressing the incident on Good Morning America three years after it happened, Nick said: ‘It’s hard to move on every day and be positive when there’s something that’s so horribly devastating. There are days when I can’t even get out of bed.’
He added: ‘John’s my brother, we practically lived together and I just remember finding out about how bad everything was. It’s still hard for me to think about it.
‘I pray every day that I will be able to deal with it. It’s still at this point it’s too much to think about. It’s something that I carry with me every day.’
