When she found out the news, Josie appeared to be ready to go and said she was looking forward to seeing her young son, Reggie.
However when hosts Ant and Dec chatted to her about whether going into the jungle helped her overcome her fear of spiders, she revealed she was more scared than ever before.
‘I should have thought about it because I knew I had a fear of spiders but now I am terrified of them,’ she said of her encounters with the Australian creepy-crawlies.
Speaking about being the last woman standing, Josie said she enjoyed the past few days hanging out with the boys despite being a ‘girl’s girl’.
Asked about with First Dates star Fred Sirieix, Josie revealed they’d actually had a ‘showdown’ to settle their disagreement.
‘It was a battle of the chefs,’ she said.
‘I think I put him straight in the end.’
While it wasn’t shown on screen, Josie explained how they had an old-fashioned Western showdown and she recreated how they’d pretended to be cowboys and pull fake guns on each other.
But having the final say on the matter she declared: ‘Fred is a trained chef so it must have been difficult for him to watch me, but sorry Fred, everyone preferred my food.’
The hosts very nearly found themselves in the firing line too after thinking they were going to have to stop Josie saying something naughty live on air.
When they asked her what the first things she wanted to do when leaving the jungle were, she went to say ‘blow dry’ so she could ‘feel like a lady again’ but before she could finish both men looked panicked.
Ant then added he thought they were having a ‘near miss’ and indicated he thought she was going to say something not very family-friendly.

Meanwhile Josie admitted she didn’t quite know where to look seeing the three men dressed up as superheroes in their lycra.
Clearly self-conscious of his get-up, Nigel said he was trying to push through, but Tony said the shame of what he was wearing would see him looking for a property in Australia to avoid having to come home after wearing what he did.
Despite some setbacks on the course, the celebrities declared the challenge one of the best things they’d ever done in their lives.
After Grace Dent and Jamie Lynn Spears made early exits ‘on medical grounds’, six more stars were eliminated, including Frankie Dettori, Nella Rose, and First Dates star Fred Sirieix.
Following them out of the jungle in the most recent days were soap stars Nick Pickard and Danielle Harold, and finally JLS singer Marvin Humes.
I’m A Celebrity concludes with the finale tomorrow at 9pm on ITV1.
