The actress beamed in the snap as she went in to kiss her new fiancé, 50.
Bianca captioned the post: ‘The most precious thing happened…’ alongside a heart and ring emoji.
The pair went public with their relationship in October 2021 after he filed for divorce from ex Alice Evans, 55, in March 2021.
Ioan and Alice – who finalised their divorce in July 2023 – welcomed daughters Ella and Elsie in 2009 and 2013, respectively.
The former couple tied the knot in 2007 after meeting on the set of 2000’s 102 Dalmations.

Ioan confessing: ‘You can’t train for that.’
Speaking about how he navigates his off-screen life, Ioan said: ‘It’s experience of having lived in the public eye from an early age.
‘I was in the Welsh language soap opera Pobol y Cwm from the age of 11, so people knew who I was in that community,’ he continued.
The star, who grew up in Aberdare and Cardiff, added to : ‘You can’t train for that scrutiny as an actor, but it’s been part and parcel of what it is to be an actor. It’s a contract.’
