attended Mightly Hoopla over the weekend, in what she initially felt was a cunning disguise, but has now revealed failed pretty miserably.
The singer, who with her fellow Mixers and in May, headed to the London-based pop music festival over the weekend, which boasted a nostalgia-fuelled line-up including Steps, Sugababes, Anastacia, Cascada and more.
Taking to Instagram, the 29-year-old shared snaps and a video clip from her weekend, which showed she’d opted for a long blonde wig with colourful streaks, sunglasses and a baseball cap in an attempt to go incognito.
One outfit saw her in baggy black hoodie, ripped jeans and boots, while for her second look Jade had swapped the black hat for a baby pink one and wore a white tank top with green cargo trousers and a peach jumper tied around her waist.
‘Mightttyyyyy HooOooOpla with a disguise that did f**k all,’ she wrote in the caption beside her photo dump, which saw her pose happily with a group of friends, as well as solo and throwing peace signs to the camera with a pal.
She also shared a clip of a TikTok she made with her fellow attendees, taking part in the numbered drink challenge, which showed Jade sipping through a straw and gazing into the distance as the camera zoomed in on her.
On TikTok alongside the full-length video she wrote: ‘Watch til the end to see me implode teehe.’
Later pics on her Instagram carousel included a meme of a crying Paris Hilton in the car, captioned ‘Me on my way to day 2 of Hoopla’, and a picture of Jade lying across a friend’s lap while taking a doze in the car.
Fans were taken by her blonde look (even if it didn’t seem to fool anybody), with one posting: ‘I love the hair hun’, while another called her a ‘blondie icon’.
‘Loool [sic] when I came over and was like “hi Jade”’, recalled one Mighty Hoopla ticket-holder, while influencer Megan Jayne Crabbe commented: ‘Can’t hide that Big Jade Energy.’
