Finally, for make-up, Fonda darkened her lashes with a layer of black mascara and wore smoky shadow around her eyes.
She completed her look with a bold, matte red lip for a pop of colour.
The Grace And Frankie actress posed for cameras as fellow A-listers flocked to the venue ahead of the main event kicking off.
Held at the Hammer Museum, the annual gala helps to ‘celebrate artists and icons who have made profound contributions to society through their work,’ as stated on their website.
Meanwhile, Panic Room star Foster, 61, posed in a chic, red double-breasted blazer and matching trousers.
The Silence Of The Lambs star opted for closed-toe pumps and carried her belongings in a clutch bag.
She was joined at the event by her wife, Alexandra Hedison, whom she married in 2014.
