and are eagerly making up for lost time as they eye up a new love nest in California.
The pair are back together and completely loved-up, years after they enjoyed a massively high-profile relationship in the early 2000s.
They were engaged in 2002 but it sadly it wasn’t to be, and they split in 2004, with Ben going on to marry fellow actress Jennifer Garner and JLo marrying third husband Marc Antony.
JLo said later that her split from Ben was her ‘first real heartbreak,’ and said if things had been different, ‘who knows what could have happened.’
Well, 20 years later and we know what happened: the pair in 2021, much to fans’ utter delight – and last week .
Now ready to spend the rest of their lives together, Bennifer have been spotted viewing properties as they eye a fresh start with a new move.
As reported by the , Jen and Ben were seen being escorted around a $165,000,000 (£117 million) mansion in a lavish Los Angeles suburb this week as they considered a number of different properties.
The mansion in question is one of the most expensive in southern California, having been built by the late TV mogul Aaron Spelling and his wife Candy in 1990.
As well as 14 bedrooms and sprawling private gardens, the so-called Spelling Manor boasts some high-profile neighbours, including reality star Kylie Jenner, who lives close by in the Holmby Hills area.
The ultimate luxury home uses traditional architecture, but is of course full of everything you’d expect in a mega-mansion, including a cinema, tennis court, hair salon and even a bowling alley.
It also features a huge dining area, swimming pool, a garage with 100 spaces and no less than 27 bathrooms, because why not.
Now known simply as The Manor, the absolutely massive property reportedly underwent $20 million in reservations when it was sold to British heiress Petra Ecclestone in 2011 for $85 million (£64 million).
In 2019 the price rose again, with the Mail reporting the heiress sold it to an anonymous buyer for close to $120 million (£91 million), and it wasn’t long before it was on the market again.
It’s not clear whether Ben and Jennifer are seriously considering moving into the eye wateringly-expensive mansion or simply went for a casual look around, but the pair are known to be actively searching for property.
There were even recent rumours that Bennifer would be heading across the pond for the summer, with the couple were looking for a ‘perfect’ summer house in some leafy suburb on the outskirts of London.
And while they probably don’t need 14 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms, their eventual new house will be a busy one, with both Jennifer and Ben having children from previous relationships.
JLo shares 14-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc, while Ben has daughters Violet, 16 and Seraphina, 13, and son Samuel, 10, with ex-wife Jennifer.
