Ab queen has shared an insight into her intense workout regime and explained why she sticks to her exercise schedule ‘no matter what’.
The hitmaker, 53, said exercise and mental health go hand in hand and raved about getting her pulse rate up.
‘It’s no secret that fitness is a very important part of my life,’ the Hustlers star noted.
‘I think there’s a positive correlation between exercise and mental health. When you find a good balance through determination and focus, we’re naturally pushing to be the best version of ourselves,’ she added.
Speaking to , the A-lister also shared a glimpse into her regime, saying she prefers to ‘workout first thing in the morning’ and will do so ‘no matter how busy her schedule is’.
‘I try to make good choices and balance my time,’ Lopez said.
It comes after JLo and her to symbolise their unwavering ‘commitment’.
Shortly after being seen at the Grammys together – and before earning millions for a joint last month – Lopez and Affleck, 50, looked as loved up as ever as they marked their first February 14 as a married couple.
In a post shared by the Love Don’t Cost A Thing singer, she showcased a tattoo on her ribcage, which features an infinity symbol with an arrow piercing through it.
‘Commitment. Happy Valentine’s Day my love,’ she wrote in the caption, alongside the hashtags ‘#CommitmentIsSexy #ThisIsUsThen #ThisIsUsNow #ThisIsMeNow.’
The third picture on the post showed another tattoo, with two arrows crossed into an X shape with the initials J and B, with it believed that this design belonged to Gone Girl actor Affleck.
While the tattoos aren’t identical, they were matching in the sense that they were related to the same theme, as well as both featuring arrows in their designs.
