Lauren Pisciotta claims the All Falls Down rapper, 46 – who goes by Ye – sent her a series of lurid messages before firing her.
West hired Pisciotta in July 2021 when she had a successful On***ans profile and they collaborated together on three songs in Donda, according to the suit as reported by .
Pisciotta described how a year later West asked her to stop using On***ans, offering her a $1million (£780,000) a year salary if she agreed, which she did.
Shortly after, the suit alleges West began sending her vulgar text messages, sexual videos and photos, and would masturbate while on the phone to her, and ask if she could tell what he was doing.
She also claims the rapper was fixated on the penis size of her past boyfriends.
According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta was then promoted to Chief of Staff for his various companies and her salary was increased to $4m (£3.14m).
In October 2022, Pisciotta says she was fired and offered $3m (£2.35m) severance, which she accepted but would never receive.
She’s suing for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment.
This comes just a month after it emerged that by , who alleges subjected Black employees to ‘less favourable treatment than their White counterparts.’
Documents obtained by alleged West ‘frequently screamed at and berated Black employees’ and fired Benjamin for refusing to cut his dreadlocks.
