Maybe her relationship with the 34-year-old businessman was one of these stresses as she has now unfollowed him on Instagram.
In fact, her entire page has been purged of any pictures of the star, who in turn unfollowed and removed all snaps of Katie from his own page.
In her usual TikTok live, where fans can ask the TV personality questions, Katie seemed to be dodging questions about her beau.
‘When Katie was asked if she was single on TikTok, she paused for ages then refused to answer the question,’ a source told .
The model has previously had while on TikTok, as he complained he was the only one.
The couple has been together since 2020, albeit with bumps in the road, and got engaged in July 2021 with the pair planning to ‘elope’.
Earlier this month, Katie beamed as she – white this time round – seeming to prepare for upcoming nuptials.
She was said to be wanting to run off to Gretna Green to marry at a small registry office ceremony with just her children present as her mum, Amy, isn’t a fan of Carl.
They broke off the engagement in March last year before reuniting and appearing at a string of events together, seeming very much back together.
Katie has been married three times before, – who is the father of her children – for four years.

When on the Kathy Burke show, Katie shared some insight into her turbulent relationship with Carl, who she had split with at the time.
She said: ‘No, do you know to be honest, I do love Carl. So hopefully I can rekindle stuff with him because I have not been so good with him. Yeah, I’m, holding out for him.’
However, as Katie’s mother Amy’s health has taken a turn for the worse, cracks may have burst as the 61-year-old is not a fan of the Love Islander and believes he is ‘using’ her daughter for fame.
In her tell-all book The Last Word, she wrote: ‘I have no respect for Carl. I have to stand by what I believe and I believe Carl knows and accepts this.’
Strong words from Mama Pricey but with Katie’s dramatic flair who knows how long this apparent split might last.
