is officially back behind the wheel.

The former glamour model, 44, was spotted over the weekend, cruising around in a Hummer, complete with a personalised number plate.

Katie – who recently finished serving a driving ban – was all smiles as she hit the road, looking more confident and as glamorous as ever, proving she hasn’t lost her love of high performance vehicles and the thrill of the open road.

The reality star sported a green sweatshirt and matching joggers, with sliders on her feet, while her make-up was kept fresh but her brunette locks fitted with extensions.

Katie proved she’s still a force to be reckoned with on four wheels, showing no signs of nerves as she sat in the driver’s seat.

The On***ans star was handed a on the B2135 near Partridge Green in West Sussex in 2021.

She was also disqualified from driving at the time of the accident.

Katie managed to avoid serious injury in the crash, which saw her car turn over in the single-vehicle collision.

She was arrested for drink-driving and it later emerged Katie had a positive swipe for cocaine.

But, she managed to avoid prison after completing a court-ordered stay at rehab facility The Priory.

Katie was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with 100 hours of unpaid work and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement sessions to be completed within the next 12 months.

Following her stay, a statement said she accepted ‘full responsibility’ for what happened.

‘Kate acknowledges and takes full responsibility for her actions. She knows they were wrong and apologises,’ the statement read.

‘Kate is deeply loved and she loves her family.

‘We are all there for her right now – and her children, who she loves dearly, are giving her strength as a mum.’

Speaking after the highly-publicised incident, the mum-of-five admitted in the collision.

‘I got in my car. Had a collision. I regret it. I’ve upset people around me, and I have upset myself,’ she said in November 2021.

Katie has assured fans she’s ready for a comeback (Picture: Backgrid)

‘I could have been hurt, I could have been dead. I could have Ki**ed someone, or I could have injured someone.’

Since, Katie has made no secret of her struggles, whether it be mental health

earlier this year, gearing up to make a comeback, she said there was ‘no excuse’ for her past behaviour.

‘I did hit rock bottom. I’ve tried to kill myself. I could not have got any more bottom than I did,’ she said.

‘But I’ve come up and am sorting myself out. There’s more to come from me, and I plan to be bigger and better.’

And being bigger and better has recently included a new acting job, as the star confirmed this week that she’s – confusing fans, to say the least.
