has opened up about her fertility struggles after three failed IVF attempts in the past year.
The reality TV star, 46, has five children. She has Harvey, 22, with ex-footballer Dwight York, plus Junior, 19, and Princess, 17, whom she shares with first husband .
Katie also has Jett, 10, and Bunny, nine, from her marriage to Kieran Hayler.
The … Get Me Out Of Here! icon has made no secret of her having previously enlisted a surrogate to carry her next child.
In a new interview, Katie told that she’s ‘very maternal’.
‘If I could have another two or three, I’d be happy,’ she said of possibly growing her family.
‘I don’t mention it in the book. My eggs are too old. I’ll get a donor egg,’ she added of the unsuccessful IVF rounds.
Katie’s comments come after she told Michelle Visage last year that she was adamant she wanted more kids.
Appearing on the RuPaul’s Drag Race star’s podcast, Rule Breakers, Katie shared: ‘I tried IVF last year and it failed, so I’m going to try again, try again.
‘I’m not giving up. I need more babies.’
After being asked whether she had frozen eggs, Katie replied: ‘No, unfortunately, I can only use what I’ve got.’
In April this year, a source close to Katie revealed to  that she was more keen than ever to have more children welcomed another child .
The insider claimed that ‘Katie has spoken to doctors about having another baby and understands that there are risks because of her age’, however, she remains ‘very defiant about becoming a mum again’.
‘She did IVF with Carl but it didn’t work for them and the hope of a sixth baby hasn’t gone away.’
Katie – who is now dating Married At First Sight star JJ Slater – also recalled splitting from Kieran in her latest interview.
She told the Mail about reaching ‘breaking point’ and the impact of her third divorce after she discovered Kieran had been unfaithful.
The former glamour model married Kieran in 2013 and they split the following year after she accused him of having an affair. While they did reunite later on, and renewed their vows, Katie and Kieran called time on their romance for good in 2018.
‘I just didn’t want to be here anymore,’ Katie said of the aftermath. ‘I thought, “What’s the point? No one’s here, no one’s helping, no one understands what I am feeling”.’
Speaking of how she felt after attempting to take her own life, Katie recalled: ‘I woke up from it thinking, “What the f**k? I can’t do this to my kids,” I was at breaking point.’
Katie went on to say that her suicide attempt was the final straw amid a ‘long breakdown’.
She is now , and has previously laughed off comments about their age difference.
Elsewhere in her personal life, Katie has started a new chapter after moving out of her Mucky Mansion, denying that she was evicted amid her second bankruptcy, but branding her time living there as ‘hell’.
She now  still in West Sussex, which boasts a double garage and an open-plan kitchen, for £4,995 a month.
