The Atomic Kitten star, 42, alerted her Instagram followers to the extent of her injuries with a picture of her swollen foot.
took to Instagram Stories and revealed that she felt a lot of pain following an attempted yoga session on Thursday morning.
‘Soooo last year I went over on my foot on the first day of filming a new tv show (which comes out this year)!!’ she wrote in an Instagram post.
‘But unfortunately I never got it sorted and I’ve continue to work on it ever since and only last week I went to physio and she actually told me it’s broken!! ?????? sometimes it feels ok and then depending on the weight I put on the foot and the angle it really bloody hurts!! But I just want to say it go to show my work ethic!!
‘Broken foot or not. You cannot say, I’m not a bloody grafter.’

This comes after the former Celebrity Big Brother star , which the describes as ‘an abnormal build-up of fat in your legs and sometimes arms.’
Lipoedema can cause a lot of pain and restrict abilities to perform daily tasks, however, there are things that can stop it from worsening, despite there being no cure.
‘Today is the first day of the rest of your life people!! I absolutely love Monday mornings! New day, new week, clean slate, fresh beginning!’, she wrote to her 811k Instagram followers.
Detailing her condition, Kerry went on: ‘I was diagnosed lipidaemia last week which means swelling of the body and random fatty lumps. But f**k that s**t!!! Gonna train the s**t out of my body! [sic]’
Her caption was accompanied by a video of Kerry working out in her living room, performing a series of stretches.
‘If you look at the video you can see the swelling at the top of my stomach, cross my ribs, and also my shins and knees… their that big they’ve got their own bleeding personalities!! [sic]’, she wrote.
