Kerry began by sharing a photograph of a smiling man, writing ‘RIP’ along with a .
She then went on to reveal that they were childhood friends – and that he was the ‘first boy ever to break my heart.’
Continuing her tribute to ‘Deano,’ Kerry wrote ‘You’ll always be forever in our hearts, sooooo many funny crazy memories we all made together!
‘As sad as it was saying goodbye to you today it was so good to catch up with old friends and reminisce about all the funny crazy s**t we all got up [to].’
Describing it as a ‘surreal and sad day,’ Kerry went on: ‘Said goodbye today to one of my childhood friends.
‘First boy to ever break my heart.’
It’s been a difficult time for the mum-of-five, who earlier this month had to rush her youngest child to hospital.

DJ spent two nights in hospital, with Kerry forced to miss rehearsals from the pantomime to be with her little girl.
She previously confessed in her OK! column that she worries about DJ’s health, as she’s ‘had a few fainting spells.’
Kerry added: ‘We took her for an MRI and the doctor found something.
‘We’re waiting as her results have been sent to a neurosurgeon, but the doctor seems to think she’s alright.
‘He said that lots of us could have what she has but we’ve just not had MRIs.’
Kerry is also mum to four other children; daughters Molly, 21, and Lilly, 20, with , and Heidi, 16, and son Max, 15, with ex Mark Croft.
