The Skims founder arrived at Tracee Ellis Ross’ 50th birthday party in a skin-tight costume, painted blue as  character Mystique aka Raven.Â
Thankfully, her friends, Olivia Pierson and Natalie Halcro, also dressed as characters from the superhero franchise as Magik and Selene in their striking comic book outfits.Â
 star covered herself in blue body paint over a skin-tight bodysuit, with the shapeshifter’s scaly markings, and sported a short red wig and bright yellow contact lenses to finish off the look.Â

Kim saw the funny side of her faux pas as she took to Instagram on Sunday with a selfie of her outfit alongside birthday girl Tracee and penned: ‘That time I showed up to a birthday dinner in full costume when it wasn’t a costume party!’
The reality star also took a moment to wish model and actress Tracee, who is Dianna Ross’ daughter, her best, adding: ‘Happy Birthday to the most beautiful soul @traceeelliseross.’
Yet, it turns out that Kim and her pals weren’t the only ones to get into the Halloween spirit, as she posed for a selfie with .
The hip hop star wore a replica of Heath Ledger’s costume from The Dark Knight and Kim wrote that he ‘never broke character.’
In the past, Kim has dressed up as Princess Jasmine, Elle Woods and even Tiger King, but it was this particular supersuit that sent her 332 million followers into a frenzy.Â
But the star’s fans were impressed by her 2022 tribute to the mutant assassin who has been played by  and Rebecca Romijn on-screen.Â
