The 42-year-old reality star posed up a in the bathroom of what appeared to be her private jet – KimAir – and prompted from her followers.
Snapping a mirror selfie, the Skims founder arched her back and in the dimly lit aeroplane toilet.
She was wearing a white sports bra and low-waisted pink joggers for her flight and had scraped her long raven locks off her face into an up-do.
Captioning the post with a sassy note that read: ‘I’m actually never free, I just make time’, The Kardashians regular was over her weight loss.
Underneath the Instagram upload that featured two of the same photo – one had been zoomed in – a fan commented: ‘OMG ARE YOU OKAY?!’
Another said: ‘Oh she’s skinnyyy’, while a separate social media user penned: ‘It’s giving scoliosis’ in reaction to the star’s pose.
Despite some questionable responses, many praised the influencer for her body shape and left words of admiration for Kim.
‘In such a good shape, admire you,’ said one fan while this one exclaimed: ‘Curves in all the perfect places’.
Her latest post came after to her youngest sister Kylie Jenner who recently celebrated her 26th birthday.
Kim said her ‘heart melts’ as she shared throwback pictures of herself and the makeup mogul earlier this month.
Posting the pictures on Instagram, she wrote: ‘My baby! I see these pics and my heart melts!
‘You are so silly and always knew what you wanted out of life! You never ever wavered and that’s just like you today! The most beautiful eyes and sweetest freckles and I can hear baby Kylie’s voice still!
‘I love being your big sister and will always be here for you no matter what!’
Following Kim’s lead Khloe Kardashian, 39, joined in the virtual celebrations and explained she ‘could not survive’ without her sisters and hailed the ‘beautiful memories’ they made together.
She typed online: ‘To the girl who can make anyone feel as if the universe is on their side.
‘To the girl who makes everyone and anyone feel special and seen. You are a safe space. A space of love and serenity…. Happy birthday sweet @kyliejenner.
