This appears to be another intriguing choice in Kourtney’s list as she tries to get pregnant.

In a recent episode, Kourtney admitted she had been told to drink Travis’s sperm to help them conceive.

‘Our last egg retrieval was not successful, so our new thing that we’re going to be trying is a Panchakarma cleanse, which is Ayurvedic [alternate medicine], it’s like 3,000 years old, which will get all of the toxins that are deep within our tissue out of our bodies to have better quality eggs,’ she had said in a confessional.

‘I did this cleanse 10 years ago, I kept telling Travis about this and it’s the one thing we haven’t tried that he’s heard me talk about.’

The couple then saw Ayurvedic expert Martha, visiting the pair and asking if there are any thyroid issues.

‘I can’t remember what he said, if it was low or high,’ Kourtney said. ‘And then, but he said something, he told us, well he told me that the thing that would help it was drinking his [sperm] like four times a week.’

‘I love this doctor,’ Travis responded …Yeah, we’re not surprised he’s thrilled with the idea.

New episodes of The Kardashians are available to stream on Disney+ on Thursdays.

Should you really be steaming your vagina?

While the likes of Chrissy Teigen and Gwyneth Paltrow have revealed they’re fans of getting their vaginas steamed, .

The vagina does not need a deep clean or a detox. The vagina is self-cleaning, using a carefully maintained pH balance and healthy bacteria to ensure good health and hygiene.

Doing anything to disrupt that natural process is likely to cause an imbalance in that delicate ecosystem your vagina maintains, putting you at risk of irritation and infection.

‘It’s a myth that the vagina needs extensive cleaning as it is designed to clean itself with natural secretions,’ Dr Vanessa Mackay, spokesperson for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, tells Metro.co.uk.

‘The vagina contains good bacteria, which are there to protect it. If these bacteria are disturbed it can lead to infection, such as bacterial vaginosis or thrush, and inflammation.

‘Steaming the vagina could affect this healthy balance of bacteria and pH levels and cause irritation, infection (such as bacterial vaginosis or thrush) and inflammation.’

Oh, and directing steam towards your vagina will probably scald your labia, which will hurt.

Essentially, not only does steaming the vagina deliver none of the promised benefits, but . Don’t buy into the hype, no matter how many celebs do it.

The vagina is perfectly capable of looking after itself, and getting involved by shoving whatever ‘wellness trend’ up there will only mess things up.
