Kylie Jenner has opened up about motherhood, admitting that she was ‘destroyed’ after the birth of her son, Aire.
The 26-year-old – who is gearing up for the launch of her new clothing brand, Khy – welcomed her second child with ex-boyfriend last year, after having daughter Stormi in 2018.
She initially unveiled the tot as ‘Wolf Webster’ before performing a spectacular U-turn just days later, .
In January, after explaining that their first option ‘just didn’t suit’ the little one.
Unpacking the decision in a candid new interview, she confessed that the switch-up left .
‘That was the hardest thing that I’ve ever done in my life,’ the beauty mogul said of naming the tot. ‘I’m still like, “Did I make the right decision?”
‘The postpartum hit, and the hormones, and I couldn’t even make a decision or think straight. And it just destroyed me. I could not name him. And I was like, “I feel like a failure. I don’t have a name for my son.” So it took me a while. And then the longer I waited, the harder it was to name him.’
Shortly after Aire’s birth, Kylie and Travis went their separate ways – but have remained close for the sake of their young family.
When asked about her co-parenting efforts with the rapper were coming along, she continued to : ‘It’s going…. I think we’re doing the best job that we can do.’
In the wake of their split, Kylie was romantically linked to Timothee Chalamet and they made their couple debut while attending Beyonce’s Renaissance tour in the summer.
Although she remained tight-lipped about their bond, she admitted that she is a huge fan of Dune – which her beau starred in alongside Zendaya.
She added with a smile: ‘I do love that movie.’
Fans went into meltdown when the pair were first rumored to be dating, and spent hours analyzing Instagram captions, TikTok videos and grainy pictures to get some answers.
In the end, they chose to confirm their relationship while at the LA leg of Beyonce’s Renaissance tour, with the footage of them kissing and cuddling instantly breaking the internet.
However, if you’re expecting a Timmy cameo on the Kardashians in the near future, you may need to think again…
Ben Winston, who serves as executive producer on the Hulu series, appeared to pour ice cold water on talks of an appearance while speaking to Variety.
Responding to a question over whether the team has shot any footage with the loved up couple now that they’re official, he simply replied: ‘No.’
He also said he had ‘no comment’ to offer on whether there are plans to film with the lovebirds in future, adding: ‘Nothing I can say can bring me good things on that.
‘If I say I hope to, then suddenly that’s a headline, and suddenly I don’t get any access. I can’t win on that. So, I can just say that we haven’t filmed anything.’
Fair enough.
