left fans asking ‘who is this woman?’ after she appeared virtually unrecognisable in new photos.
The Born This Way hitmaker, 37, attended an event for Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals in Los Angeles last night, speaking on stage and posing for photos with attendees.
But fans were left bowled over by the singer’s appearance, as she looked more like than her usual self.
The American Horror Story star wore a flowing black maxi dress and her hair to match, letting her blonde locks down in waves similar to the Skims mogul’s signature look.
Many pointed out that they ‘did not know this woman’ and asked for the real Lady Gaga back after seeing the snaps on X.
Swiftly Mahi wrote: ‘Baby that’s a lost Kardashian sister,’ while another user set up a poll for people to identify the star – with 74.2% saying it was Kim Kardashian and 25.8% saiying it was Lady Gaga.
@verafiedes went a step further, adding: ‘That could be Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, Adele, or Gaga. They all look like that now.’
Many were also left stunned by the star’s which showcased her new bleached brows leaving many speculating what the new look could mean.
‘Xoxo night night writing lyrics in bed sleep tight,’ Gaga wrote in the caption of the snap, which showed her lying on a bed and sporting a fresh, makeup-free face.
She wore her hair in loose plaits with a cap, which showed just a glimpse of her new silvery brows.
@Thegagasera speculated in the comment section: ‘Bleached eyebrows hmm? something’s cooking for real.’
Surprisingly, many agreed, with @kilyomusic adding: ‘Bleached brows are back she’s coming,’ and @vegasladygaga writing: ‘Bleached brows! What’s coming ma’am 🧐.’
It comes after fellow music icon seemingly reignited her feud with Gaga
, 65, took to the stage at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena with her in January, mistakenly thinking she was in front of a Boston audience.
After asking ‘are you guys mad at me because I said “Hello, Boston?”,’ the Vogue hitmaker then made a dig at Gaga, 37.
Madonna said of her Boston mistake: ‘I’m sorry. What kind of f**ked up s**t is that?’
She then added: ‘That would be like if you guys were saying, “Hey, Lady Gaga’s playing tonight!” I wouldn’t like that.’
Madge went on: ‘I mean, you know, nothing against Lady Gaga. Love her. I do! I love anyone shorter than me.’
