Dr Tara then asked: ‘So, your sister is Kate Moss. How do you feel about being her little sister?’
Lottie began in response: ‘It’s hard when you’re constantly compared to her.
‘Every person’s house I go to has some sort of Kate Moss poster, Kate Moss book, Kate Moss Diet Coke can… Everyone brings her up, and it’s my last name.
‘I don’t feel that anything… I felt for a long time that nothing I did was ever gonna be as good as what she’s done. I can’t top that. So, where does that leave me?’
Thankfully, Dr Tara was on hand with some words of encouragement.
‘There’s no need to top it, there’s no need for comparison,’ she assured her.
‘You’re a completely different person, you’re a different woman. And I think the fact that you’ve received so much negative feedback about who you are in relation to her has affected your self-esteem a lot.’
‘Yes,’ Lottie agreed.
‘And you’ve been working to build it, but I feel like it’s been mushed into this, like, “Oh, so now I’m gonna date these men…”,’ Dr Tara commented.
Lottie then explained: ‘I tried to take my power back by doing something I really enjoy, which is On***ans.
‘As soon as I did that, all the people that were commenting saying, “You’re never gonna be like your sister, quit modelling, it’s never gonna happen for you, you’re just not as good as her…”, all those people then turned around and went, “You should be more like your sister”.’
But, she’s recently had a revelation.
‘I’m never gonna make everyone happy. At that point, I was like, I now know I can’t make everyone happy, so I’ve just gotta do what makes me happy.’
Lottie has spoken previously about how Kate

‘She doesn’t have to want to have a relationship with me. When I was younger, I couldn’t understand it. I thought, “Why is someone in my family not wanting a relationship with me? I don’t get it.”
‘We just don’t see eye to eye on many things. I love her. She’s my sister, but we’re just not close. It is what it is.’

Finally confirming that she and the reality TV bad boy are an item, about him after they initially only hooked up and she insisted there was nothing more to their connection.
She explained: ‘When I first saw Adam I was like, “Nah, he’s not my type. Literally not my type at all” and then bam.’
Asked about what drew her towards him on Chloe Burrows’ podcast, she shared: ‘He’s very charming, he’s handsome, obviously 6’5. I like the tattoos.
‘It’s weird, we just have a connection. That’s literally all it is. Even the height, the tattoos would not have been enough but we have a special connection.’
When quizzed on what Adam is like as a boyfriend, Lottie divulged: ‘You know what, he is actually quite soppy when it is one-on-one, he’s just cute. We’ll have a cuddle and he’ll be lying on me and loves a little stroke like a puppy.’
