The 30-year-old’s much-delayed solo world tour, in support of his solo debut LP Walls, finally hit the capital this week, with his two previously announced September 2021 date at the Roundhouse consolidated into one night at Wembley.
The star took to the stage in a pale blue and white England 1990 Finals retro third shirt, worn by the likes of Gary Lineker and Paul Gascoigne back in the day.
He paired it with dark trousers and a navy sling as he gave the crowd his all during a lively concert.
The former One Direction member, whose ex-bandmate is currently , admitted at a recent gig that he had fractured his elbow while running earlier this month.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Louis, who in July as he prioritised ‘the safety of my fans’, has finally embarked on his tour far later than initially planned.
Walls was released on January 31 2020, and debuted at number nine on the Billboard 200 chart in the US and reached number four in the UK.
His initial tour dates for 2020 were first pushed back from that year to 2021, and then again to 2022.
The singer has shared his delight over the reception he’s received at gigs recently, taking to Instagram this week to share a compilation reel of clips from some of his performances and behind-the-scenes clips.
‘The energy at the shows have blown my mind! THANK YOU!’ he wrote alongside his upload.
He was also praised by fans back in February for during the American leg of his tour, reportedly so that a concertgoer who had passed out could be carried out of the premises.
A video shared on Twitter shows Louis stopping the show and asking fans to take a few steps back to free up some space.
‘If you can, just back it up a little bit – from the front row, everyone,’ he said. ‘Come on, it’s a team effort, this, it’s a team effort.’
He went on to tell fans: ‘If anybody needs any water they’re on the sides at all times, okay?’
