Dr has revealed that he’s renovating a cottage for a Ukrainian family to live in, after he purchased four holiday homes in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
Today, Prime Minister condemned ’s ‘despicable attacks’ on innocent Ukrainian civilians in Bucha and Irpin as ‘yet more evidence’ of that began with an invasion on February 24.
Taking to his Instagram account, the A&E doctor and former contestant, 31, shared a photograph of himself outside of a white-washed abode, and wrote: ‘Today’s the day!
‘I’m so excited to announce that I’ve bought 4 holiday cottages in beautiful Pembrokeshire, in Wales.
‘I initially bought these for my passion for property and renovation, as well as wanting to create relaxing spaces for families to holiday and enjoy the Welsh countryside in!
‘With all of the current devastation in , I have decided I would love one of the cottages to be home to a Ukrainian family for as long as they need.
‘My plan is to start the renovations and get the properties into a good state to house a family as soon as possible.

Writing to his 2million followers on what would have been his brother’s milestone birthday, Dr Alex said he has ‘spoken a lot about how hard losing him has been’, but now wanted to talk ‘about the person he was’.
‘Llŷr was kind, sensitive, funny, loved his cars, and was a great brother and son,’ he wrote.
‘He was exceptionally clever and a great sportsman. We used to speak for hours about the latest cars and what our dream one would be. Llŷr loved his sport so much, at school he used to score try after try in rugby.
‘He was a perfectionist at heart. When he got into basketball he used to practice shooting at the net for hours each evening.
He went on to pay tribute to his sibiling’s ‘good heart,’ recalling how he ‘had an ability to look into your eyes and could feel exactly what you were feeling’.
‘In many ways he felt your pain and your struggles deeply and always wanted to help. He was an empath like no one I have ever known,’ he added.
Heartbroken, Dr Alex addressed his bother directly, saying he ‘would do anything to be sat drinking a cold beer with you today for your 21st’.
‘You will never be forgotten and you give me so much strength. Mum, Dad, Elliott and I send you the biggest happy birthday, we just wish we could be with you, even for a day.’
Dr Alex finished the post by writing: ‘I love you my boy.’
Meanwhile, , as he encouraged his followers to enjoy exercise without feelings of judgement.
Taking to Instagram, the star felt emboldened to encourage his followers to hit the gym after he revealed he felt ‘nervous and embarrassed’ to do so himself.
The UK Youth Mental Health Ambassador snapped a topless mirror selfie in which he proudly owns his phsyique.
He began his caption by powerfully stating: ‘MOVEMENT IS FOR EVERY BODY ?.
‘Fat shaming and weight stigma can be such a barrier to exercise. Over the years I have felt embarrassed and nervous to train in the gym when I’m bigger. I AM NOT ASHAMED ANYMORE.’
Encouraging his followers to take pride in their bodies and to be brave, he added: ‘Don’t forget that you deserve to be in that gym as much as anyone else. If people judge you for how you look that says far more about them than you. I know who I would rather be friends with ?.’
