Isaiah Campbell finds himself in a sticky situation when new bombshells enter the villa – but will his head get turned?

The 21-year-old has been growing close to Sydney Paight over the last two weeks, with the pair cementing their romance with a night in the hideaway on last night’s episode.

However, despite insisting that he would not seek out a connection with another woman on the Peacock dating show, it seems that he spoke too soon.

In a preview for tonight’s instalment, a dreaded texts alerts the Islanders that a new batch of singletons are on their way and have picked contestants to whip them up some snacks.

Isaiah is selected by Katherine to prepare her entrée, while Nadjha also picks him to make a dessert, leaving his partner unimpressed.

‘Not only one text but two texts,’ the 22-year-old tells the camera in a confessional. ‘Am I happy about this? No.

‘Worst case scenario is them snatching him away from me. That would suck.’

Things appear to be going well on the date, as he tells one of the newbies: ‘Coming into the villa, I was obviously your number one,’ to which she replies: ‘[You] still are.’

‘Obviously you know that I’m super close with Sydney. You know that, right?’

‘I was gonna ask you about that,’ the bombshell continues. ‘Are you comfortable getting to know other people?

Appearing nervous by the question, Isaiah admits: ‘Yeah, for sure. This is definitely a good start.’

His U-turn might be a surprise for viewers as he left the hideaway with Sydney just a matter of hours ago.

‘I’ve very excited to have a sleepover with Isaiah minus 12 other people,’ she enthused in the beach hut before their alone time.

‘I feel really good about him. I think this was the blossoming of our relationship.’

After their date, she clarified where they stood, to which he added: ‘I don’t vibe with anyone but you, Sydney.’

Will that change now that there are new bombshells in the mix?

Love Island continues at 9pm EST on Peacock.
