has denied her daughter’s claims that her son hit her.
The is a mother to son Tracy, 28, and 29-year-old daughter Aanisah.
It was previously reported thatdaughter filed a legal request in Los Angeles for a restraining order against her younger sibling after he allegedly threatened her and struck their famous mum.
The document was filed on January 31 but it only came to light on Tuesday (February 6).
However, Macy herself has now responded, saying she was shocked to discover that her eldest had filed the order against her brother.
She stated that he has ‘never’ caused her any physical harm and insisted that they are dealing with any other ‘issues’ they may have like any other family.
A representative told : ‘Me and my son love each other and he would never think of causing me any physical harm.
‘Outside of that, like any family, we have our issues and we’re dealing with it!’
Aanisah says in the document: ‘Tracy got into a physical altercation with my mum.
‘He followed her and harassed her as he always does when he drinks.’
Aanisah added in the court documents that her boyfriend Cornel Pearson attempted to step in during the alleged bust-up but said Tracy retaliated by hitting him.
She alleged: ‘We waited for the cops to come while he continued to bang on the doors of our rooms looking for confrontation.’
Graphic designer Aanisah said her brother continued to ‘harass’ his relatives and at one point ‘pushed’ her.
She also said when police arrived she was advised to file a restraining order because there was no video of the incident.
The alleged fight broke out the weekend before last, and Aanisah said in her filing Tracy is abusive ‘every time he drinks, normally monthly’.
Aanisah further stated she does not want Tracy to be able to access her home as she is expecting her first child in September.
Her filing declared that the singer – whose real name is Natalie Renée McIntyre – wants Tracy ‘gone’ and ‘will confirm’ her feelings.
The Los Angeles Superior Court has already granted a temporary restraining order against Tracy.
A court hearing on the case is scheduled for February 27.
Macy has Aanisah, Tracy, and another daughter, Happy Hinds, 27, with her ex-husband, Tracy Hinds, to whom she was married for only two years, from 1996 to 1998.
