Rosie O’Donnell has shared a positive update on ’s health after the singer was hospitalised with an infection.
The Like A Virgin singer was taken to hospital earlier this month and admitted to an intensive care unit after .

Her longtime friend Rosie, 61, has now offered another update on Madonna’s health and told one concerned Instagram follower this week: ‘She is recovering at home – she is very strong in general.’
When another enquired about the singer, Rosie insisted: ‘She’s good,’ alongside a throwback photo of the popstar.
Madonna’s health scare came as she was to mark the 40th anniversary of her music career, and was due to hit the road in a matter of weeks.
After news broke of her hospitalisation, Rosie told her social media followers at the time: ‘God bless her I hope she’s ok, I don’t care about the tour.’
It’s thought Madonna has been surrounded by her eldest daughter Lourdes, 26, as well as her other children including sons Rocco, 22, and David Banda, 17, who have been spotted in New York City where the singer lives.
It was previously revealed that the Vogue hitmaker had been released from hospital after a few days, and was transported back to her New York home in a private ambulance.
